The other night while I was sittin at home -Watching cable TV
I realized how much I had to do before I -Went to bed
So I went to the fridge and opened the door
And what do you think I saw -Inside
A bottle of wine to help me pass my time
Cause I did my chores before I -I went to Bed

So I poured a glass of wine in a glass -Riunite on ice
I prefer German wine 79 -Pies Porters nice
So I washed the dishes picked up the papers -from 3 weeks ago
Vaccumed the rug took out the trash -The house smelled much better
So I drank my wine and did my chores that I had to do before I -I Went to bed
Maybe I had more wine than I thought
Because I did something that needed -both hands

I just had a glass of wine sittin right here -Just a minute ago
I put it down on something flat then walked away -Far away -Just a minute ago
If I dont find my wine in a short matter of time
Im afraid it will be too warm -Warm -To Drink
My throat is dry my lips are parched my voice is going
